The building in question is located on the chaussée de Wavre along the intersection with the rue Emile Idiers, near the Boulevard du Sovereign. The project consists of completely renovating the building, which is in very poor condition, and of slightly raising the front facade. This in order to create two quality housing. A duplex on the garden side and a triplex above the shop. The rear facade is made up of two very distinct volumes. A first volume is that of the duplex on the garden level, the second being located upstairs. The facades of the two volumes have the same proportions. They are both treated with a large glazed band in the lower part (in contact with the garden or the terrace) overhung by a band clad in larch-type wood in the upper part.
